How do I access a course after purchasing it?
Purchased courses appear in your library immediately after checkout. Sign in and open My Library to start learning.
What does the subscription include?
The subscription gives you access to all subscription-eligible content while it is active. It renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your account settings.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Contact us at hello@mdx.so within 14 days of purchase and we will review it.
Do I keep access to courses if I cancel my subscription?
Courses purchased individually are yours to keep. Content accessed through the subscription is available only while the subscription is active.
Can I share my account with someone else?
No — purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license. Sharing accounts or redistributing content violates our Terms & Conditions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, which support major credit and debit cards.
