By creating an account or using MDX Platform ("the Platform"), operated by MDX Inc. ("MDX", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Courses, Products and Subscriptions
Purchases of courses, digital products and subscriptions grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, redistribute or publicly display purchased content.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
- Access to subscription content ends when the subscription lapses.
- Prices may change; changes never affect periods already paid.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund requests are evaluated case by case; contact us at hello@mdx.so within 14 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — courses, videos, text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of MDX or its content partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, scraping content, uploading malicious code, or engaging in conduct that is unlawful, abusive or disruptive to other users.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
